EUGENE, ORE. — Commuters faced severe delays near campus this morning after a stubborn mallard established staunch squatters' rights in the northbound lane of Agate Street, just north of 15th Avenue adjacent to Hamilton Hall. Police eventually coaxed the bird away with a piece of sourdough.
